If you're talking about being watched by Allied Forces, both the real team and the development team are full. So, you can freely name your team as you wish.

I am withdrawing from the TORA GTTC because my schedule no longer allows me to compete. I have joined a program at my school which allows me to train for long distance running. Practices and some of the races are Saturday mornings.

You do have a free spot. Remind the driver that is going to replace you that they have to run your number for owner's points.
