Race Meeting Set-Up

We ask that all competitors are on Xbox live at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the race meeting, and appear online. Where necessary, if each competitor could post "In" in the relevant race meeting thread on the TORA forums. Anyone who wishes to race without posting "In" will need to wait for the race meeting organizers confirmation before being allowed to race. Certain factors may come into account, such as if there are 16 people racing, and one person who hasn't posted in would cause a split lobby of 9 and 8 in each lobby, in decision making for those not posted in before the event.

Qualifying

Qualifying for Meeting 2 will start at 9:30pm BST (4:30pm EDT)
- Lobby set to 4 laps. Out-lap, 2 Flying Laps, In-lap. Clean Laps take priority over Dirty Laps, so Make them count!
- One Driver will qualify at a time. With the grid lined up below the racing surface at Sedona Oval, all drivers stay Put after the Game Countdown has "Let Us Loose". From wherever we are lined up, is how the qualifying order will go. On Lap 4, Line up as if headed into Pit Road, so once everyone is finished, times can be taken.
- Limited Damage, Collisions OFF.

RACE

Meeting 3 @ Sedona Oval "Bacardi 151" will be 100 laps in length (2 'halves' of 50 laps each)
- Limited Damage, Collisions ON.

Rolling Start
Competitors will form up behind the Safety Car to start the Formation/Pace Lap in a 2-by-2 fashion. The Pole Sitter will have choice over which side of the Grid to start on. We ask all drivers to listen to the lobby host for the pace speed and grid order. Once everyone is in position, And the Lead driver(s) pass the Pit Entrance, The person on pole for the given lobby can begin the 3-2-1 countdown when he/she desires.

Mandatory Pit Stops
There is 1 mandatory pit stop in each race (or race segment). Taking your pit stop under a Safety Car/Caution period will count as your Mandatory pit. You may not pit within the first 5 laps or last 5 laps of a race or race segment (First 3 or Last 3 laps at Old Mulsanne layout of Le Mans due to lower lap count.)

When The Safety Car is Used
The Safety Car will be deployed when TWO or more drivers are involved in an incident and severely impairs their progress. Only driver(s) involved in an incident may request the Safety Car to the Lobby Captain. A Safety Car can be called up to the penultimate lap of the race. Once the leader has crossed the line to start the Final Lap, the caution/Safety Car cannot be called.

Forming up for a Safety Car Period
When the Safety Car period is agreed upon, and goes into effect, the Lead Driver at the time of the Safety Car 'Call', will act as the Safety Car and pace around the track at the track's designated 'pace' speed. All will form in single-file. SEEING THE STOCK CARS DO NOT HAVE BRAKE LIGHTS, PLEASE DO NOT SLAM ON THE BRAKES TO SLOW DOWN. THIS WILL CAUSE CHAOS. PLEASE JUST LET OFF THE THROTTLE AND FORM UP CAREFULLY!!!

Conduct During a Safety Car Period
While under the Safety Car period, Those involved in the incident should line up at the back of the grid. All competitors are free to pit under the Safety Car/Caution period, but must form back up in order when they left pit lane at the back of the grid. Once Everyone has rejoined the field, the field will line up Side-By-Side in the positions they are currently in. Once the Leader has passed the Final Corner, he can call out the restart by counting down "3..2..1..Go/Green."

Lucky Dog Award
The Lucky Dog Award is used under Caution/Safety Car periods only. The first person 1 lap behind will be awarded the 'Lucky Dog' to get back on the Lead lap, and allowed to pass the lead cars under caution and lining back up at the back of the field. The drivers involved in the incident that brought out the current Safety Car/Caution period, are not eligible for the 'Lucky Dog'.

"Green-White-Checkered"
The "Green-White-Checkered" rule takes effect when a Safety Car/Caution is called on the penultimate lap. the Final Lap will end under caution in present order each driver is in at the time of caution. Once all drivers are back to the main lobby, the race settings will change to 3 laps, for the Green-White-Checkered attempt. One the 1st lap, will be to form up in order drivers finished the 'Scheduled Distance.' Lap 2 & 3 are green flag laps. If there is an incident on the first green flag lap, the safety car/caution Can be called, and the 3rd lap in this 'attempt' will end under caution, and once everyone gets back to the main lobby, We will have another "Green-White-Checkered" attempt. 3 Attempts are the maximum. As stated above, Once the Leader crosses the Start/Finish line to start the Final Lap, The Safety Car cannot be called.

Race Restarts
The race lobby is subject to One restart attempt if more than 50% of the lobby is involved in a major incident within the first lap. Everyone will head back to the race lobby, and try again, forming up the same as the grid formation before. if another major incident occurs, standard Safety Car rules take effect.

Maybe this rule has to be double checked with the hosts because last race in lobby B there was a restart after 3 cars crashed ( so what I have heard)

sorry for everyone in Lobby A, i tried asking my family to switch off the wifi, but they couldn't go without their precious internet for 30 minutes, in the end i thought it was probably best for everyone if i just left the lobby so you guys could race

terribly sorry to Hailfire about both races, i thought the internet would be fine, but i was wrong and tried to fix it but couldn't, i'll force them to turn it off next time, and sorry to Soundwave for hitting you at the exit of turn 2, there was nothing i could do, i tried to avoid you but i didn't do much

get in, didn't lag out until after the race. a marked improvement over last round

Fun race. So surprised that i got pole and was leading after the first half. Simply made a cock up and ended up in the wall and some people collected me (I'm sorry.)

100% aero all around, Car was sliding like it was on an ice rink. Managed to get 7th, so not too sad It's racing and you have to suck it up

Erabus, don't worry man. Its short track racing and that turn 2 is just crap lol my car was scrap from just a lap prior and the wall sucked me in.

Now that the worst track on the schedule is over with, the racing can only get better
