Unfortunately, I think the best lines vary by car. Depending on drive train, build, and handling characteristics. RWD's are going to be able to take some tighter lines n some corners where the FWD's are going to have to manage the torque steer on exit by taking a wider entry. The tune and build will also affect the line. You can run both a handling and speed build, takes completely different lines and run the same times in the end.

This has pretty much summed things up for me ,Aero on faster through the bends Aero off faster on the straights but all resulting in the same lap times , i just have to accept im not fast in these FWD cars.

I was hoping that the RX8 R3 would be added, but the testing team declared it too slow... last night I tried it and hit 1:00.9s in three laps. About .3 quicker than I have gotten with my Lexus. And 2 full seconds quicker than the Volvo I ran last season.

all I could get was 1:03. I need a good tune for the 02 integra type r. any help?? I really wanna run but im not going to if I cant knock atleast another second or two off.

Your locked into the car till the window opens half way through the season where you can then change the car amongst other things.

My advice would be to try and get the car to be consistent rather than focusing on outright pace. A lot of the times you see on here aren't achievable lap after lap so if you can find a happy medium you can hit almost every lap you'll find yourself moving forward and being more competitive than you think.

Finally getting under the 1.01s Best so far is a 1.00.647 in testing
Race pace is going to vary though what with defending the inside line through the hairpins.
Qually I will be happy to hit a .7/.8 as it takes me a while to get warmed up, Always better in the race.

Nerves are already jangling for tonight Smile
