1) Drivers involved : schuey75 and Dinosilenzi

2) Time of incident : Final corner lap 7

3) Description of incident :
schuey75 , Hit on rear end under braking in last corner, which caused men to go off track and lose places.

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision concerning the incident between driver has been made.

It is the decision of the stewards that Dinosilenzi is undertake a 3 race warning for avoidable contact.

Following Round 3, Race 2, Lobby A of the SPEC CUP Championship the following incident/s are under investigation by the stewards.

The following incident and penalty were appealed by iTeknix:

Original Penalty - 5 Place Grid Penalty for iTeknix to be served at next race

Appealed Result - 5 Place Grid Penalty for iTeknix to be served at next race. The appeal team felt that although timeframes were not met this is no reason to waive the penalty.
