Appealed SI Decision: Touring Car Championship - Round 1 - Race 3 - Lobby B - BG Wumba

Under SI appeal conditions as stated in the Steward's Handbook, one Staff member and two randomly selected active community members are invited to join the Community Stewards and review all evidence including appeal evidence.

It is the decision of the Stewards plus invited Staff and Community Members that the Appealed SI for:

1. driver #43 BG Wumba - SI Decision: 3 race warning & Allowed to take part in Qualifying, but must drop down a lobby from where they qualify. If already in bottom lobby then must start last.

Appealed Result - Appeal Decision: The result of the Appeal for both incidents is that both punishments shall stand, as the invited members to the appeal agreed with the stewards on viewing the replay and reviewing comments made by both parties.
