Incident involving driver : #681 AndyT306 and #866 The Ginge x

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision concerning the incident between driver AndyT306 and The Ginge x has been made.

It is the decision of the stewards to award The Ginge x a series ban for the rest of the TCC for the following reasons:

1. what can be seen as waiting for lead drivers to come around then try to impede there race on 2 different occasions.

2. For what can be seen to hold the lobby up by having a aggressive rant when the race is over and continuously smash into the computer drivers.

3. On race 3 we understand you had a lag issue but you still managed to ruin somebody race on a parade lap by smashing into the back them twice.

This is why you will serve a ban from the remainder of the TCC series.

Also note to all reading this thread.

Actions and driving standards like this will not be tolerated and as you see will surely be dealt with.

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision concerning the incident between driver F4H Diablo | CQR Basher has been made.

It is the decision of the stewards to issue F4H Diablo a 4 place grid penalty for causing an avoidable incident that would not of happened if the track limits were respected.

The results of the appeal is the decision has been withdrawn, no penalty's on either driver
