Best way to find speed is to get in the races and see how the others are doing it, Follow their lines. SAVE the replays to watch.

Make sure you have the stock gearbox fitted and nice wide tyres on the front and back.
Set the Race diff about 90 Accel and 15 Decel, Aero to full front and low rear
ARB around 10 front and 20 rear. Bump to lowest / rebound to 10, camber to 1.1F 0.8R

Oh and dont waste pi putting in a clutch etc, Use the rest on springs, arb, weight to low as etc. Put the last of the pi into power upgrades and try it out. If it oversteers then lower the rear ARB till you can do comfortable laps.

Thats just a very basic way of setting up the car, I didnt test the integra so have no tune for it.

Oh and make sure the car fits the regulations before trying to race, dont want to be stuck trying to pick a car with too much hp or too little weight.
