TORA Christmas Party?

I've added my name, I can do anytime during the week of the 16th to 22nd. I can do anytime during the days either so that doesn't bother me. I'll go with any preference that I can if it works out but I can't really do before the 16th as I will just be back from work off night shift.

Got a few work-mates who are up for this Chris, they are keen racers but rarely play Xbox at all, will try and tempt them onto racing here for an event or two over the next couple weeks.

Will add them to the form if you'd like, just need their preferences on dates/times ect

I'll need to know as some of my mates have birthdays around then so we are planning a couple of nights out. If everyone is able to do the week before then that's cool, as the 16th afterwards is all I can realistically manage.

Any more news on this - will need to start making arrangements soon if this is going ahead on a day I can manage.

Sorry for the delay in getting details up on this. I noticed when I went to check availability on their website that it wouldn't let me book a weekend day so I've just got off the phone with them.

They said they would be able to do a Saturday or Sunday, but as they'd have to block out their normal business (weekends are obviously their busiest days) the price would be £80.

Seeing as it was already quite a large chunk of money that would pretty much put it in the "too much" category for me personally, but in the interest of fairness, I throw it over to you guys for opinion.

I will have to set a date/time pretty soon if we're to go ahead with this. My initial thoughts based on the availability of people in the form responses would be that if we can't do a weekend day, then we should aim for a Friday evening either 13th (ooo spooky!) or 20th December.

Thoughts?
