ISCC Sunday 3rd November

Sorry to say myself, Duncan and Matt are likely to be out for this (Matt's wedding weekend), so will need all hands on deck.  I'll do what I can to prep the ISCC doc. Who will be available to host please?

Well we can always organise hosts between ourselves, if we can get enough on standby before the race, then just input the data for Aero to sort out if he's wanting to after, just as long as we can get it down correctly and pass on a copy via Message.

Is it in the realms of possibility to postpone to another Sunday, what with nearly all staff away on that day and the ISCC being the most tricky series to get results right?

I might be available for this. Weekend after I'm at the Lane ot watch the mighty Spurs so should be good!

If its pushed back then it will finish after xbone is out.

I think the hardest bit about this is getting the lobby ready. Aslong as everyone gets the results that can be sorted out but sorting the lobbies and doing the splits of the lobbies before the event is the fun part

I think it may be worth having one of us take charge for the night, just to organise quali/race hosts and sort out the grids.

Yep, I can deffo help. I'm away atm till Thursday but when back would like to go over a few live timing things with Aero, maybe all 3 of us (Warspite, Aero & me) get in a party and go through it.

By all means, Chaddy you'd be a great help mate, but I think we should have it between us.

However it may be worth you coming along for the training if something happens to one of us on the night, and so you know how to do it for the future, anyone else have any objections?

last round we had 57 racers so say thats 3 lobbies of 14 and one with 15 so we only really need 4 hosts maybe a 5th incase theres a big increase from last round.

We'll need to prepare more than the required amount as it can be likely 3 possible hosts end up in the same lobby, and would either have to ask someone from one of the others to host, or ask someone to drop down to do it.

This is very true, so anyone in green please be prepared to host ie have the lobby settings ready and know how to run it. If you are not sure on the procedure please ask one of us to go through it with you.

I will go over the settings and will be on frequently during the evenings, any possible hosts can post or inbox if they require a copy.

Would rather EVERYONE who is able, have the settings BEFORE the race, so we don't have to scramble whilst sorting lobbies out.
