Massive PI shuffle!

Car list is updated guys, some of the builds which involve the Corvette and the Ford have been tweaked for better balancing, and the Panoz removed.

Car list and Build rules are now Finalised, after several weeks of excessive testing and data collecting on each of the circuits, we have made some adjustments to balance the cars to the best of our ability.

Cars effected are the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and the Jaguar RSR XKR GT.
