TORA TEC Nurburgring 12 Hours Support Races **UPDATE see last post**

Hello and welcome to the TORA TEC Nurburgring 12 Hours Support Races thread.
This round, we will be doing something a little different that last time, being the last round of the series, and due to the vast size of the track, we will be using 3 different layouts.
there will be 1 race on the Nurburgring GP Short Circuit, one on the Nurburgring GP circuit, and one on the Nurburgring Norsdschleife. And being a German race, it would be wrong to race any other global manufacturer there.
The classes will be different this time as well, instead of the Open cup in previous events being A class, this time, there will be B class for the short GP track, A class for the full GP track and S class for the Nordschleife.
the only rules for each race is that it fits the class, and the car is a German Manufacturer. besides that, you can build any car you like.

These events will be run on the Friday before the race as usual with the first race kicking off at Race 1 - 7pm GMT with Race 2 - 9pm GMT and Race 3 - 10:15pm GMT

I'll be accepting any random gifted cars like I did at Le Mans.  

I hate to say it, but race two may conflict with the Vintage Trans Am series finale by about 45 minutes to an hour.

You could always run race 2 alongside the Trans-am series, it won't be as popular but would give people the choice of what to drive for the evening.

Thank God I gave V8SC's the week off this week...no worrying about schedule conflicts.

As Bandit stated, that is not going to be an issue as Trans Am wraps up the week before. I like the whole having a choice idea, but Erebus and Bandit would be in Trans Am, which itself would conflict.

So why not have someone else assist and run the second support race whilst you guys finish off the Trans-Ams?

Never mind, I was going off your OP Mikey.

For some reason had it in my mind that both races were on the same night.

Mikey could make a schedule change and have Trans Am on Nurburgring GP if Trans Am didn't end the week before this.  

Erebus, we could run Vintage GT at Nurb GP that night... either the GTB or GTA... if you want to try them out, both classes are filling the team garage.

Last minute update...

9PM GMT - Vintage GT-B @ Nurb GP (both circuits)

Cars on my SF, look for TCR VGT in tune name and/or description. For this event please use default tunes. R1 random grid, R2 onward lobby points. A few short races as many races as people want to continue.

Due to the short notice there will be no Sign In thread... just grab a tune for whatever cars you like and jump in. As long as people don't become an issue I will leave the lobby open to the public to make joining easier.

Not running these as I had liked the Idea suggested by Erebus better. I guess all those credits spent to buy the cars for tonight was a waste.

Windcharger, by the time you posted it was done. We ran about 8 races in total, alternating between the two Nurb GP tracks, with the finale on the Ring. Saw some uberclose racing with the little GT cars, as the top three lap times were within .02 of a second from each other.
