Welcome CRA Morphader and Marshalls Update

Welcome CRA Morphader to the Marshalls team!
Fred has helped us out on a number of occasions and has always been (sorry!!) on my "go to" list whenever I've needed a host for the lobby he's happened to qualify in. Now it's official!
I'll be looking to add a few more marshalls over the coming days, so expect some more welcome messages. Please make the guys feel welcome and help them to get up to speed ASAP.
We are currently working on new series results docs and processes which I'll take you through when they're ready. They're aimed at streamlining the data inputting and hopefully making it more automated/less onerous and scary!! Please bear with me though whilst I try and hold down a job, placate a grumpy pregnant wife, and occasionally play a few games whilst still doing all this stuff!! If you need any specific help, please PM myself and/or Jamie (BG Chucky 82), and we'll get back to you ASAP.
