Re: 2014 FIA Formula 1 World Championship
ohhh man these cars look pants , i cant wait for the new season to start so i can continue my hate for F1
Re: 2014 FIA Formula 1 World Championship
I honestly don't care what they look like I find it rather interesting to see these different designs. Its a formula with many different answers.

That is NOT what the Ferrari will look like. That's how the car will look with beer goggles.

+100000000 It's about the racing In my opinion. If it's exciting, the nose doesn't matter.

Really hope Mercedes can go one further than last year. Rosberg at 14/1 doesn't seem like a bad bet.

Re: 2014 FIA Formula 1 World Championship
Formula One racing’s governing body, the FIA, has published a revised calendar for the 2014 world championship following a meeting of its World Motor Sport Council in Paris on Wednesday.
The season will kick off in Australia on March 16 and conclude in Abu Dhabi on November 23. The two new races - in Austria and Russia - will be held on June 22 and October 12 respectively.
The three Grands Prix listed as provisional on the original 2014 schedule - America (New Jersey), Korea and Mexico - do not feature on the revised calendar. New Jersey organisers have said they hope the race will feature in 2015.
The 2014 calendar in full:
16/03 Australia
30/03 Malaysia
06/04 Bahrain
20/04 China
11/05 Spain
25/05 Monaco
08/06 Canada
22/06 Austria
06/07 Great Britain
20/07 Germany
27/07 Hungary
24/08 Belgium
07/09 Italy
21/09 Singapore
05/10 Japan
12/10 Russia
02/11 United States
09/11 Brazil
23/11 Abu Dhabi
New Jersey not ready again. Will that race ever happen?

Re: 2014 FIA Formula 1 World Championship
oh my god I love these new engine designs that have been enforced!
i was sceptical yes, but the engineering and technical design of it is making me the KERS/HERS/ERS system is incredible
give 160 HP for 33 seconds per lap, 33
so instead of 80 HP for 6.4 seconds, 160 HP for 33 seconds, that's 10.3125 times more powerful than last year
and less fuel means they'll have to manage it more and all this other stuff i can't wait!
and this, different but i like it

funnily enough it reminds me of the MP4-12C GT engine

Re: 2014 FIA Formula 1 World Championship
That Ferrari is the best looking car yet , imo Alonso deserves to win the championship and hopefully the car can deliver what he needs to get the job done.
Feel free to comment but any Vettel fanboys start and you will be trolled for the next 12 months

I agree that he deserves to win a championship but I think that on the days that the Ferrari is strong the gap between him and Kimmi may be too slim to take full advantage over the rest of the field to pull a gap. Much like his season at McLaren where him and Lewis took so many points off of each other that they both missed out to Kimmi

Re: 2014 FIA Formula 1 World Championship
it does oh well even more prospects of a GT + car now
I dont get the rules ok
The Turbos make sense but they really have screwed up the aero, tyre, weight and width regulation however teams are not at fault want to blame some 1 -
http://www.fia.com/contact-us
The racing could be great but its just plain stupid the aero rules these days, less rules 4 cars per team, no budget costs and let the rich boys race there teams, no paid drivers, less aero, bigger longer lasting rubber from a french manufacture
