Assetto Corsa

I haven't seen a thread for this here so why not start one.   

This sim is in very much alpha at the moment but they plan on a full release within March. It boasts full modibility and DX11 features. Physics and FFB are very good and it looks like a rFactor destroyer in terms of capabilities so has anyone else tried it? It's on Early Access on Steam for almost half of the price when it fully releases.

I've got it! Not had the chance to play it much though

No multiplayer or AI yet so I was thinking about hosting a time attack event , I just need to work out the practicalities of it when I am next off work.

I've read that they plan to have a full model of the Nordschliefe with the N24 layout released sometime in Q4 2014. It would be awesome to have some TORA series on it. With all the mods to be made you could think of any series to set up. DTM, Group 5 Cars, Classic Touring Cars, etc. I'm very much looking forward to release

i played it before Alpha and really liked how it developed, the handing physics etc are awesome and the wheel felt really good too. High hopes.

Just tried Assetto Corsa out, beautiful, absolutely beautiful graphics and attention to detail. Once Kunos roll out the multiplayer updates, variable weather and so on I reckon they're onto a winner. It's definitely another platform to hold some future championships on, that be it once the planned updates have fully rolled out and are plentiful.
Definitely one to keep an eye on!

In terms for Assetto Corsa, message iNVADuR ZiM on Xbox360. He is a VERY dear friend of mine and has Assetto Corsa. If any of you guys talk to him, let him know I mentioned him. He has been trying is best to find more people to race with on that game and I know he would absolutely love to race with you guys!

he showed me how to race on touge with a civic ek9 type r been addicted to downhill racing ever since! still love drifting tho just too much fun...

i can say assetto is pretty damn good makes forza and Gran turismo feel like arcade games..i really love the open modding support.i have haruna,shomaru pass,akagi,mandagout-peyregrosse downhill layouts if anyone is game from some runs,i preffer street cars over race cars but i can drive anything...well hit me up always lookin for peeps to run with

Xbox One sim racers are really going to be spoilt for choice with Project CARS, Forza Motorsport 6 and Assetto Corsa

So much potential in this

it is a good game the driving is real like in real life but you dont have AI to race against like in Forza 1/2/3/4
I dont play it mutch busy with a skin for a car in game
