I'd love to participate in this event, but I have no idea if there are any slots left or if I am quick enough to deserve one.

you gotta race for the passion, not the pace
and this is a charity event, yeah results can count, but it's a long race, trust me, watched Bathurst since I can remember and the number of times there has been a shock during the race has been plentiful so it's really difficult to pick a winner until the chequered flag has been brought out even the last 5 laps is too many, look at the race the last two years, determined only when they crossed the line 2 tenths apart, twice.

Yeah, online racing is a bit different, but doesn't mean you can't have a go, it'll be fun and trying never hurt anyone right

Well, I'm willing to practice my tail off, make a livery, find sponsors, whatever is necessary, if I can take part. Any teams still looking for drivers?

I'm sorry to say that registration for this even closed on 14th Feb and qualification is now under way. There will be plenty of other events that you'll be able to take part in though (check out the Spec Cup which started up last night and is a hoot!) and the Bathurst race will be streamed on Twitch if you want to watch/join the discussion in the chat box that is usually very lively during our endurance events!
