Actually the roof of the Vette can't be painted and the front bumper mirrors everything.

I remember it being an issues on the M3s we used the last time we did Production GT. If the url vinyl can't be placed on the roof above the window then it's ok to put it on the bonnet below the window.

Is the Corvette that bad? I never tried painting it whilst testing. That's pretty crap :/

It's fine as long as you don't plan on putting any text on the front bumper or roof.

All depends on the design and the amount of real estate on the car, I tried a few different things but the tried and true standard box looked the best to me.
