Yep seems was a rolling start and iscc finish I will finalsise and publish tonight around 8PM.

Next TEC race will be a form emeded with calucltion to add distances and auto populate to make easier ideal we need to have transponders in cars lol

We'll be checking results and sorting any errors ourselves tonight so no worries, the deduction is 3 miles for B/5 as that's what we gained from the end time. Thank you Wingnut for helping us get the other scores sorted

Just to confirm as some miscommunication, as iv mentioned it somewhere:

And what about all Lobby C drivers who made an extra unnecessary pitstop in stint 1?

Easiest is just calculate how many feet we lost by making an extra pit stop. Then add that distance to all drivers in stint 1.
It might not be much the distance, but it can be the difference between positions.

to be honest the rules are stated clearly that there is to be a mandatory pit stop per stint
i dont know where it has come from that 2 pit stops are required cause they were not
As for mileage or distance being changed to compensate drivers that took 2 stops this i would say may not happen but that is staff decision

If 2 people who are race marshals here tell you that 2 pit stops are needed. Then we should be able to trust them.
Those 2 marshals made an error. Which is not a bad thing since they are also human. And humans make mistakes.

I just want to know what the staff will do with this. If they decide not to do anything I'm fine with that as well. But now we don't know what is going to happen. Since there is no response from the staff on this.

Well if it helps, in P1 you lose about 3500-4000 ft on a pit stop, so maybe 3000 for GT? And would that affect any results at all?

Tbh I don't think there should be an addition. It is the responsibility of those racing to check the regulations before they race! If someone had been advised the PI limit of a GT car was X when it was actually Y would they get an addition? Whats the difference?

May sound harsh, but racing in a series like this should be run the same way as professionally run real world racing. If you didnt check the regs, you can't complain when things arent what they seem. Sure, the hosts should be called out and explain where they got 2 stops from, but it shouldve been questioned in lobby and if they were adamant it was 2, shouldve ignored them and dealt with it later

Personally i dont think it would be fair for an addition, for example, in real racing endurance, say one team makes 3 stops and one team makes 1 stop, does the team that makes three stops gain an addition because the other made 1 stop?

ok all results in my eyes are now final.

Lobby B adjusted for mistake made with stint 5 having extra time.

I will not be adjusting C lobby sorry but its been clear in the rules I no mistakes happen but its down to each driver to make sure they read the rules, I understand this will cause some issues but the ACO will never give a miles back for a team doing an extra stop at le mans

For Le Mans we will have a simple autoform to enter distances etc.

Cheers, this one was all yours, and nothing got near you in the end. I guess if you were going to break the curse you were always going to do it in style. In the end, the closest challengers were the "second" Barry Scott team and they put in a sterling job and merit to them for their distance against yours.

However your luck came at a price, with *that incident* on your GT entry. I would vouch to never have to have this happen again on our watch. Credit to Rainone for being the calmest one out of those involved. Maybe we should make a committee to pitch anything...anything to tackle scenarios like what happened herre...maybe even retrospectively and/or discretionary actions.

Was great to have you guys keeping us honest all the way through. Should be an epic race at Le Mans!

Thats a good way of looking at it actually - It came at a price. While I do agree that would be nice, it's hard to justify with the competition of the affected team, that they are being awarded something they didnt actually achieve; even if it was unfairly taken from them.
