Bellmond who is your message posted to myself or Hurricane?
Look, it's not easy running a series like this, if he has the ability to accept a few guys and doesn't already have any setbacks in the evening i'm sure he could consider it, but the rule will never be removed in this or any Pitlane series.
You're not the only one to work 6 days a week and up to 10-11 hours a Day we do too, but you're just racing, Hurricane or any of us have to organise every detail, communicate with other managers AND find time to race ourselves.
I'm not trying to tell you your opinion is wrong or it isn't being listed to, but you have to consider the request you're making, it is to take away a large chunk of the organisation to allow people in and out as they please, the task is already tough enough as it is.

Re: 2014 TORA Spec Cup Series 3 Cup 2 - General Discussion
I organised my own series and ran the first round solo with a bit of help from a few guys in HCR and it all went smoothly, granted it's alot smaller with one lobby of 15 for race and 2 lobby's of 10 & 5 for qually and it went without a hitch. I'm 100% sure it wouldn't really change much as if the relative people haven't joined by 8.10 then race away.
Re: 2014 TORA Spec Cup Series 3 Cup 2 - General Discussion
All it looks like he's asking for is better communication from the organizers. Not sarcastic comments.

hmmmm this may interest some people
myself dragon and racert just done a mixed test session of the veloster from spec cup and the twingo fro the hcr event.
i was surprised to see that the twingo kept up and even went on to win the race whilst pulling a 200ft gap each lap

I've thought that a spec allstars race would be fun. Get all the spec cup cars together in one series.

The cars vary quite a bit though

No I know. You would have to change the builds obviously but the cars would be the same.
Re: 2014 TORA Spec Cup Series 3 Cup 2 - General Discussion
Cracking racing tonight guys in lobby B apart from a few over zealous moments by some including myself I think that anyone from the top six could have taken the win its was so close in the last 4 or 5 corners.
This is why I race with TORA

Lobby A was intense today. The entire field was in about a 600ft cluster. One mistake had you freight trained right to the back.
I will say though that telling people where you are is a mute point when you scream it without a gamertag as your diving up their inside. The point is to give your intention before hand so you don't get turned in on not as a get out of jail free card for a rash late brake move.

I noted that. You cant call an overtake just so you can lunge down the inside and get away with it. Certainly explains alot though...

Re: 2014 TORA Spec Cup Series 3 Cup 2 - General Discussion
Driving standard in B Lobby were dreadful, I will never cock up qualifying again. Getting physically drove into on turn 1 in race 1 at the start when I clearly had the line, then went on to win by 4 seconds. Race 2 I was coming through a gap and got completely blocked and had loads of damage, then about a lap later I got turned into again while coming out of turn 2 and he held it on and rammed into the wall at full chat, r.i.p car, 100% damage all round no point in even trying. This is the end of my championship in this so I won't be participating in anymore of the races.
Re: 2014 TORA Spec Cup Series 3 Cup 2 - General Discussion
After having had no practise whatsover I knew it was going to be difficult qualifying, so the C-lobby was my destiny.. Could get some practise in between the q and race and managed to find the right lines and gears. Dropped the laptime 1.6 seconds down to 12.2's... Would have put me at the back-end of the A-lobby. Oh well, c'est la vie. I still enjoyed the C-lobby. 1st race was an easy win. Second race was a little harder and it took me 8 laps to get to the front. I really enjoyed the overtake (lap 4 or 5?) where there were three of us side-by-side on the main straight. Stayed nice and clean! After getting to the front again easy cruising. Just having fun hotlapping, but stayed around the 12.2 mark.

I don't know how best to put this but how can I driver that wasn't racing, has been SI'ed? I can vouch that BloodMan0077 wasn't there 100%, as in his car wasn't even on track?

Re: 2014 TORA Spec Cup Series 3 Cup 2 - General Discussion
Sorry if you feel that way. I'll admit it was a split second decision as you braked earlier than I did/would. I didn't call when I made the move as I was really surprised by your early braking. I disagree with having been on the grass and the picture below shows that (This picture is just before we made contact). The only time my left front wheel went on the grass was after we made contact. Next time please put in an SI. I try and be as much of a clean racer as possible and if someone feels wronged by a move I make please report it. No hard feelings!jonnotheone wrote:

My remark about the nice move was actually at the end of lap 2.
