2.02 In R18 after 3 laps and thats with minimal testing could get sub 2.00 on low fuel run
Re: PRO Endurance - General Discussion
Low high or mid downforce? As im running a relativly high downforce setup that was 3 secs quicker than the other setups i tried but i started getting even quicker sectors with 70% tire wear and slidey car. What do you reckon?

Low Downforce Cambers and gearing key (try few off storefront)
Re: PRO Endurance - General Discussion
If you like a slidey car then you may want to start focusing more of the diff to the rear of the car and decreasing your rear aero? That is if you like a slidey car. Just loosen up the back end.

Re: PRO Endurance - General Discussion
Well we have:
11 Audis
8 BMWs
so its not too bad to be fair.
Just a quick question, do we how the lobbies wll be split in terms of LMP and GT?
Thanks

Re: PRO Endurance - General Discussion
Really depends on the sign ups. As of right now we would have two lobbies 5/6 LMP's with 4/4 in GT's

Re: PRO Endurance - General Discussion
And we actually have a GT team signing up and one or two privateers also. It'll be a good mix.
We did a 30 minute run last night. Could definitely feel a difference in tyre wear by the end of it. A little slower and the behaviour changes slightly. I reckon we will come across the GT's every 12-13 minutes and another point to make is that if the Audi has a major crash then it'll be hard to get going again as the first gear stalls a little.

Smithy's back off holiday on Tuesday so we'll get some laps in together before we qualify.
I might do some laps later if anyone is interested?

XPR Devil wrote:I've done a few laps in the BMW, probably looking at 2.17/18's with a good tune and lap. I was on for a 2.19 but messed the lap up and had to come off so not had chance to do a 'proper' lap yet.
No idea for the LMP
Please tell me you are one of the fastest people here, Devil! I just joined TORA and I'm trying to run some laps to gauge where I'm at. I was hoping to join a series if I was "close enough", but I am at 2:26. Granted, I JUST downloaded the car and I know there is lots of room for improvement after only a few laps, but I don't know where I'm going to come up with 7 seconds. I'm not the fastest by any means. Just made the switch to manual w/clutch from auto, took off ABS and STM for the first time this week. But DANG! I did the same thing for the GT series and I was able to beat some of the published times in my Viper on Road Atlanta. But SEVEN seconds?!?!? ARGH!
I also suck at tuning, so I'm sure there is time left in the car somewhere. Anyone feel like sharing a tune so I can see if I can come anywhere NEAR the 2:19, let alone the 17/18's?

I was able to hit an 18.3 in the old build without the brakes so the new build i suspect will creep me into the 17's. I strongly recommend Captan10Morgan that you study replays

Good idea, thanks! I know I just need some practice also. Just blew my mind that I was able to "keep up" with most of the other series published times after a few runs, but was so far off on this one! No shortcuts... gotta hit the garage, tune the car, then hit the track again for a LOT more laps.
