Ax4x V8SC enduro 29 Nov 2014 - Want?

This would be rather quick turn around, but would there be any interest in a 6 or 8 hour enduro for V8 Supercars at Laguna Seca on Saturday, 29th of November, 2014?

Cars: Australian V8 Supercars

Upgrades: Full Tire Width, Race brakes, lightest Rim choice (Buddy Club, Dymag, Watanabe, Weld, etc)

Circuit: Laguna Seca Raceway

Stints:
(6H) 4 x 90 min
(8H) 4 x 120 min

Please not Laguna.

The other viable track option would be Maple Valley Full Reverse.

I would be interested and I'm sure I could get a few others and could we preferably do it round laguna

im in for this, Laguna would be my track of choice.

ill be looking to run a parallel N24 same weekend & times as Forza5 event for anyone who wants the run.

Nice to see some interest in this. Looking like we can fill at least one lobby at this point. A single lobby would be fine by me, by far less work and manpower required.

Expect this event to go "live" this week, as it actually has to due to time constraints.

I'd love Indy... but due to a pit road glitch, it cannot be used for any series or event that requires pit stops. And since pit stops are a big part of endurance racing, that stupid glitch takes away a viable venue.

It doesn't have to be American, just has to have the right elements: elevation changes, some 90 degree turns, some esses (or Corkscrew), in other words some of the features that make Mount Panorama such a great circuit.

Having raced these cars with some who would know, Australians, it seems that Laguna is much like a mini version of Bathurst.

I would be in for this and most of failrace too

From your list of elements there are 3 tracks beside Laguna that I think suit your needs.
Hockenheim
Sedona Raceway Park
Suzuka

Shame Indy can't be used due to the pit-lane.

Laguna works fine, if we start discussing tracks we will get no where. Ax4x just want to host a fun and simple enduro for those still with FM4.

I think Laguna is perfection for fun and a challenge for V8's.

hockenhiem is fun but people miss brake i know this as all the tracks freliahz has said are in a leauge i do
hockenhiem: hairpin not good, fast kinks and final sector are very un happy for the cars but creat the best racing

susuka is ok but r30r and the casio chicanes are really tough

The track is flat as hell though apart from the hair-pin in the arena which is cambered a bit.
