2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
After the awsshuuumnality of Albert Park, we now move to a very different circuit: Sepang. The Circuit is situated next to Kuala Lumpur Airport and was the first 'Tilke-drome' to be added to the F1 calander back in 1999. The track hasnt produced many great races in the past, except from 2001 in the Monsoon conditions (JOSS THE BOSS), but hopefuly the new generation of formula one cars will change that.

Hamilton won't be on the podium the car will be rubbsih round here since its got no downforce. One of the Brawn's to win if not either Kubica, Vettel or Raikonnen.

Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
Hamilton did win at Monaco last season dispite having to recover from a puncture, so in theory he should be able to stay there. I havn't seen much ALonso in the wet, but by judging from his performance at Fuji 2007 and his ragged sriving style, I dont think he will feature much. Kubica should be good in the wet and Button's smooth style should, again in theory, keep him at the front.

Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
uve forgotten about hungray 06 where alonso ran away with that race! nd hammy only won at monte cz that crash PLAYED into his hands he wouldnt of won without it. Raikkonen is good in the wet not great tho. still think Vettel is the best wet driver.

Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
aaahhhhh but they're not realy are they
Should be a really good race again though. The KERS cars should make up sum pace on the two main straights but I think the Brawn and Toyota have enough in reserve.

Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
Easy for Button today. Glock did well pushed Button, but the car is just as good in the wet as it is in the dry. Surprised Rosberg finished so far down look quick same as Trulli.

Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
One word about this race. FANTASTC!
It was a shame that it finished early because of the rain!
Button fully deserved it because his car was far superior when he needed to make full use of it. And he did when Rosberg and Trulli pitted before him!

Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
No way that race could have gone on in those conditions. Heidfeld was weally weally lucky in the twicky conditions. Doubt he'd have found it fun to wace in such tewwible wain!
Notice he spun at what must have been about 30kph.
Glock did extrememy well too. He'll win this year.
Good result for Jense now lets see him do it WITHOUT a safety car!!

Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
yeah me too. He deserves a good result.... more so than Trulli
Re: 2009 Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix
Was an amazing race and the people who said the rule changes wouldn't lead to more overtaking were definately proved wrong over the course of the race until the rain. And I loved the bit where Webber went off and Martin Brundle said oh and Webber has gone off, and then they showed a replay of it and the other guy was like, "AND HE'S OFF AGAIN!" And Brundle had to remind him that it was a replay. Loved it.
