I put the emphasis on once dan. Every dog has it's day.... Your lucky I was on holiday for the suzuka round, otherwise it may of been a different story.

And as ash way saying, one man band last year... Not quite the same this time round hey.

There's some great teams out there who will make this coming season a real challenge, xti, m&m to name but a couple. I find your confidence in beating a fully manned PLOW team very endearing at this time. Bless you and ATR and may the forza gods have mercy on your souls.

Bottom line is this GTC season will be probly the most competitive ever. There at least 4/5 teams and countless drivers that can win the titles. Last season was a one off, people missed loads of rounds and had problems in races and Dan was there to pick up the pieces and win the title. But next season will be totally different with the new rules and all the teams putting in a full season with very strong drivers and cars.

Anyway, the point is YES, its going to propably be the best year in the GT Championship with quite a few teams going head to head! The main one's I can think of so-far are:

PLOW Motorsport vs AUSTINS Motorsport (Powered by THR) vs M+M Racing
XTI Racing vs THR vs SBR vs Martini

Not sure who else is entering yet but I feel that because we have switched to Forza 3, we are going to have even more teams and drivers and we are all starting again from scratch! So really, we have no idea where all of us are going to be! You never know, my team and plow's could be the favourites but we might end up either at the back or in midfield! That's what's going to make season five even more special. Very Happy

Yeah you were on the pace but your car wasnt the fastest overall. You didnt get caught up in daft little crashes neither did you lag out of races and get no points for races. You attended every race which you should be proud about, where as me and ian for example had really bad luck last season for not being able to attend races for personal issues or lagging out half way through races. Next season will be different you can be as cocky as you like on here but when it comes to the races I know for a fact there are better drivers and teams in the championship then yours.

good point Nick i remember when Dan missed a big crash at Suzuka then myself and a few others lost out due to the lobby split and last season was pretty even with not just one driver dominating, many drivers could have won the championship but couldnt due to different commitments. I am really looking forward to this season now lets hope for a great championship with a number of different winners. Best of luck to everyone Razz

all i said if everyone had there own way in being able to attend all events there could of been a different outcome and im not saying you didnt have a good season or anything you had a really fast car you proved that a number of times things could of been different though.

I would like to think we will bounce back, we simply just didn't do a good enough job compared to everyone else either due to connection problems or personal problems where we couldn't attend. But if culchi is hinting at anything then a possible rule change could either benefit teams where people can't make many rounds (like myself) or it could totally hinder a teams efforts if someone can't turn up. Which would totally handicap the likes of our team.

Still, I like to think things will improve next season. I feel like I have improved a lot driving RWD cars in FM3 and we also have Plow connections like how Force India has McLaren connections Wink

I love how this thread has been hi-jacked and turned into another rant thread lol
