Welcome to the TORA US Spec Miata Cup!

This is the first FM4 Spec Cup for TORA US, a bit hard to believe this late in the going, but yeah... the first series I ever hosted here at tORA was a little TCR shindig called the MX-5 Cup. Despite me being as green as grass, it proved to be a smash hit, in more ways than one. Here it is three years later, and we've come full circle. This will be fun

Nicely done fellows and I want to compliment everyone on a nice, clean race!

These little D class cars are a lot more fun than I thought they would be, thanks to the series creator and the series management for a job very well done!

I can understand that.

It looks like I will be unable to make this week's round due to work related issues, in which case xJohnGaltx will be this week's host.

Other than being a car short on the grid, I am sure the round will go as smooth as ever.

Well unfortunately I have to drop the series. My Granddaughter needs to go back under the knife for another heart procedure. It is her 3rd major heart procedure in her 4 years of being here. I have left home for San Diego and will be there until at least the middle of November. I could not bring my console and game. I apologize to my teammates EZT Coot and Flying Mikey J. I will pick back up again once I return home.

Rules and Regulations changes/clarifications made in the appropriate thread. Hopefully we cleared up any confusion.

If any still exists, it is not intentional. Let us know if you need further clarification on anything!

On a positive note: I should be able to make, and host, the remaining rounds.

I've asked for, and received, Thursdays off from my current employer, and in my interview this morning with hopefully my next employer, have work hours that will allow me to commit to racing any night of the week.

Thanks guys, she needs all the prayer she can get. On top of that stress my daughter is going through a divorce at the moment. And It is not a nice one. I have my hands full right now but look forward to everything being better now I am here to help out.

On a more simple level, I just signed in and I hope to be able to do one or two races because I love this car. Since it’s in the middle of the night here in Sweden, I can't promise to be able to make it... ;-))

Can I have the number boards for the series?
If I don't get them in time, or don't have the time to fit them, can I run with the European Spec Series number boards for the race tonight?

I will send the kit shortly, however if you use the regular Spec boards this week it would be okay.

You've said or done nothing that is unforgivable. Leaving the series is hardly warranted.

I agree with Mako. Neo, I really hope you reconsider and decide to continue for the final three rounds good sir.

Messrs TORA Staff and dear competitors:

Couldn’t we extend this championship with some more races? The cars are very nice to drive and the racing is really close and fun. I think it would be a wasted opportunity not to use these cars more.

I would suggest to add the following tracks to the calendar:
Road Atlanta Full
Sebring Full

Alternatives could be:
Infineon Full
Nürburgring Grand Prix Short

Or why not add them all? ;-))

And why not have a long distance event at the Nordschleife?
