New for IndyCar Point System

Points for each race will vary from race to race, fully dependent on how many entries are in each individual race.
In addition to this the top 10 for each race will get "Base Points" which can be found in use in Formula 1 today. This system should make it more close overall and not make it so detrimental to drivers that may miss races for unforeseen circumstances.

Example of points score for a race that has 19 entries.
1st- 19+25 Points
2nd- 18+18 Points
3rd- 17+15 Points
4th- 16+12 Points
5th- 15+10 Points
6th- 14+8 Points
7th- 13+6 Points
8th- 12+4 Points
9th- 11+2 Points
10th- 10+1 Points
11th- 9 Points
12th- 8 Points
13th- 7 Points
14th- 6 Points
15th- 5 Points
16th- 4 Points
17th- 3 Points
18th- 2 Points
19th- 1 Point

INDY 500 will be triple points scoring with "Base Points" added after.
