I had my nose along side Neo heading down towards turns 6 and 7 which to me is not a passing zone, I called my line then backed out of it as I would have been on too shallow of a line to overtake cleanly, Neo Runs off Track and does not merge back safely taking me out with him as he came straight back across the track standing full throttle on the gas and turing the wheel to cut me off.
