2016 V8 Musclecar Championship
A new and exciting series will be coming to Forza Motorsport. Ever heard of V8 Supercars? Well, introducing the V8 Musclecars, a series based upon the finest breed of the American automotive world, the Muscle Car.
In 2016, the inaugural V8 Musclecars Championship will take place, featuring the latest examples of America's well-known and highly loved Muscle Cars. The philosophy of the Muscle Car is lots of power, high top speed and most importantly, a beautifully noisy V8 engine. It's simplistic motoring, affordable for your average joe, and enough to put the smile on the face of any car-mad petrol-head.
Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge have been competing against each other to create the best Muscle Car for decades now, with their Iconic cars, Mustang, Camaro and Challenger respectively. These manufacturers will be fighting it out against each other yet again, but this time, it'll be supremecy of the track they fight for.
Inspired by Australia's V8 Supercars, the V8 Musclecars feature a whole stock of uprated parts, including improved brakes, engines and transmission systems, as well as featuring aerodynamic packages at the front and the rear of the cars. With the cars producing upwards of 600 horsepower each, they are extremely suited to any track environment and provide great racing for all customer teams and their drivers.
The V8 Musclecar Championship will travel across the United States around 11 of the top race tracks, including Road America, Sebring, Watkins Glen, Laguna Seca and many more! Races will be a mixture of sprint and endurance events. Four of the 11 circuits will host a single hour-long race, while the remaining rounds will host two 30 minute races, giving variety and excitement to the series.
Each car has been extensively tested for Balance of Performance (BoP) purposes and therefore all three cars are as quick as each other around the track. The grid for 2016 will be strictly limited to 22 cars, so get your entry in early to avoid the disappointment of missing out. Visit v8-musclecars.weebly.com for more information and sign-up guidance.
We look forward to seeing you on the grid next year.

Re: 2016 V8 Musclecar Championship
We are currently developing a Forza 6 series for TORA using a very similar theme, American Iron. Expect it in early 2016.
