There's one at Sebring. It's on the wall between the track and the pitlane, at the point where the wall ends for the pitexit. If you focus you camera onto the corner of the wall and hold down the right trigger, it pops and takes the max height to something like 50 or 60 ft in the air. Means you can take pictures like this;
