Scalextech 928 is In but not showing on the sign in sheet.

Has he filled the form in?

Hey Matt, is the race filled up. Team Fry Bender and Rural Brewery Race Bros signed up on Friday. Is there any room for us?

Wont be able to make tonights race

I did sign in, but not until last minute. I got on just before 7 and saw that I wasn't on the list and saw bear's post.

it seems our team boss might have signed in hellscreature #120 instead (who's not registered to the team or available to race afaik)

the google form submitted fine and when I came back a few minutes later to check the 5 min update submissions were closed

I tried to register twice and didnt got any invite at all......

Qualifying doesn't start till 8pm GMT

Why am i not on the sign in list...

I just looked at the list and my next to my name it says that i am in, so just wondering why i was not allowed to race?

sorry for the mix up i thought the sine up was for hock not for to night

team boss has been asking for days why the sign in hadn't been "cleaned up" and sorted out. he definitely signed all 6 of us in together. Bear then signed me up earlier and I signed myself up before submissions were closed

I qualified and have joined the lobby where my time would put me. and I get VOTED OUT of the lobby

Why the hell has Scalextech been voted out of lobby? He qualified, was signed in to live timing by three different people? What the hell is going on tonight?

now I can't join the lobby cos they voted me out which makes me banned

And we don't received the invitation for the lobby.

TORA, this is unacceptable, sort it out.

they're saying that cos the list which we already know is screwed up says I wasn't signed in. that I'm excluded

Despite being signed in 3 times and 2 of them being WELL insided the sign up period

HE hadn't (but did before 7) but both skyshadow and bearboy did. Skyshadow at the same time he signed in tthe other 5 were done and bearboy as soon as he saw I wasn't on the doc

I think the issue is where peoples numbers have changed but the doc hasn't reflected that yet so some drivers have disappeared off. As I've been on holiday all week and had limited access to the forms I've nto had a chance to properly update everything myself.

Scalextech was "registered" on Wed Mar 09, 2016 11:47 pm and after that I signed in both MVG Racing teams, all six people, including 928 Scalextech, on the live timing sheet which was STILL not cleaned up from race one. There are enough staff on TORA to clean out one Google Docs sheet which should have been ready for round 2 sign ins a week in advance. It's not all your fault Matt, there were many other staff who COULD have sorted it.

Not exactly no. The interaction between different docs caused a few issues stemming back to us allowing people to repick numbers.
Now we know where the problem lies we can fix it.

"Scalextech" isn't on the entry list for this, I assume they changed their number and didn't tell anyone about it in here.

As stated in the following thread this must be done because the numbers are linked, change it overall and you also need to change it in the series your racing in: http://forums.theonlineracingassociation.com/t16509-tora-2016-race-number-swaps

If you changed numbers, let the organizer know what your old one is so we can correct it, Round 1 has people missing because they don't anymore own the number that raced round 1.

well you are definitely wrong to assume that it's down to my number changing

my number hasn't been changed, I've had it since I joined the site. jonnotheone's HAS and THAT seems to be why hellscreature is on the list even though he wasn't registered to even take part in this competition (since he used to have 120 and has admitted in this thread that he hasn't changed all that he should - and STILL hasn't changed it on his site profile)

As matt has said, the issue is with the google docs (whether that be down to links to backend files, problems with them or just down to not being maintained and updated. There is a very small chance that the backend wasn't updated from the PREVIOUS person that had my number. But matt himself approved it to me so you would think that it was updated where needed

BUT, if that was the issue why wasn't ANYONE signed in with 928

But yeah I'll go along with there not being enough staff, meaning that the few are very stretched. WHY for instance when you open the calendar can you not even SELECT 2016 and why does the tickertape of forthcoming events still show December last year.

Matt, or any other staff member who can correct the "TORA Race Numbers - Apply for yours here - [Thread 2]" thread, or the Google docs sheet to be more precise. I have signed both MVG Racing teams in to the next Base Performance GT round at Hockenheim but one of the team members, nbr 928 Scalextech is not showing up, and the reason why is simple, look at the three images below just screen captured:




Number 928 approved by Matt, BUT, number 927 assigned in the spreadsheet; there you go, a simple one to correct for whomever can amend the spreadsheet; you're welcome.
