Well its hard to say this

Truspeed is gone

I couldnt keep drivers going and with ex team managers pulling it apart i could not manage it while running a Life

It is difficult. I've seen countless teams rise and fall and it is for a number of reason, mostly out of the hands of the leaders and managers. It's a difficult thing to manage and run that gaining traction requires the right conditions. If you invest in good people (with time) then they will invest in you. They must believe in your ethics, vision and goals for the future.

You have to take those gambles. If you attempt it again, keep the nucleus to just your friends and grow from there. Great teams are built over many years; not months. Something to consider. The visions must be long term. Anyway, again, sorry about the disbanding of your crew and best of luck!
