Re: TORA IndyCar Series General Discussion Thread
Cool. Yeah it did seem like a curse. A storm rolled in around race time and messed with my connection for about an hour, but after that... connection has been perfect. Just wasn't meant to be today, I'll try again in a couple weeks at Yas.

Re: TORA IndyCar Series General Discussion Thread
Hey guys, I am in need of some serious help with tuning. lol. I ran the last race with a tune I used to dominate the public leagues with, but it wasn't track specific, so isn't gonna cut it here. My own tune that I tried to make specifically for Yas was about 4 secs slower. Is anyone looking for a teammate or anything?

Some of the LMR guys are more than willing to help as are we at griptek... Really anyone is. Most of us have the mentality that we would rather beat you at your best than your worst

Cool man, let me know when you guys are running practice or something and I'll come drive around with y'all. I just basically need to be pointed in the right direction as far as a base setup. Practice running with other cars on track never hurts either.

Mixed feelings on this one... The wet is impossible to race in in this game, but I'm kinda quick in the wet

It's a shame that wet conditions on this game always put you in a hurricane. I'd love to have a wet indycar race or two, but I feel like most tracks in this game would be a red flag condition even for series that race in the rain. It'd be awesome if this game had dynamic weather too, but sadly that's not an option.

Re: TORA IndyCar Series General Discussion Thread
So I have another setup related question for you guys, do you typically start with a stock tune? Or run the car's specs through a tune calculator first?
Also, thanks to Law and ZETA for the helpful responses in the lap times thread, but I figured I'd quit clogging the lap times thread with my questions.lol

Re: TORA IndyCar Series General Discussion Thread
A lot of it is trial and error to figure out what works and what helps with each car and with your driving style so just try different settings and see what you get the best times with
