with stock tune
nissan 1.01.4
BMW 1.01.4
Alfa 1.01.7
lotus 1.00.9

I've been testing the Mercedes at bathurst and getting 2.27 as a best time but can't get the oversteer calmed down I'm using an elite controller as well any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

190E : 1:01.4 -1:02s ( i can not get the gearing right with the rally motor it could be faster)
R32 :   1:00.488
lotus carlton : 1:01.3

yep with my limited tuning skills , out of 12 laps i can hit that 1:00.4  about 5 laps and my driving is horrible btw ..

1:00.858 in the GTV-6. Also, kinda confused as to why people are just saying Alfa or BMW as there are two of each and I don't know which one you're talking about

Hmm I`m regretting choosing the 155 now, I can go quicker in most of the other cars and they`re easier to tune.
But I spent ages painting it so serves me right for not testing first.

I was going for the 155 too but I'm only pulling 1.00.7s in it damn it

Don't know about any other Sierra drivers but I'm hitting consistent sub 1.01.XXX's my fastest is a 1.01.578 and they range from that to 1.01.8XX's

Am now at a 1:00.80x

And checking the Rivals leaderboard, Nova appears to have set that 1:00.4 in a illegit build (666PI?)

ran 2 laps using tune from previous race while distracted and talking to a friend and had a 2:03.

The biggest thing here is linking each section together to save time over the course of a lap. The first sector can make or break your lap because of the speed you need to carry through T2 and T3... Currently I'm fighting the Nissan in T1 and T2 but that's down to a damping issue with understeer on entry and snap oversteer on exit, same issue in the final chicane.

I got this worked out for my Nissan last night and cut 1 full second off my previous PB on just the 2nd lap with the new settings.. those turns just prior to long straights are an easy area to make up a LOT of ground if you can get the power down quickly and controlled.

I finally figured out what I was doing wrong in those sections- line choice was playing a bigger part than I thought.

Alfa GTV6- 2:00.3xx (about 8 laps tuning, rather hard to drive but very fast when in control)
Nissan R32- 1:59.9xx (about 30 laps tuning in addition to the work I've done on the car for establishing a base tune and tweaking for Bathurst.
