Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
As per usual I will probably build all of the cars to chose one.
I'm gonna test round Silverstone National if anyone wants to post up their clean lap times.

I can post up my full testing times if interested. Afraid people will just go for the fastest cars though.

205 is unstable
Rest of the cars i can get into the 1.03s easily.
Might go for the rs500 as i want to run the listerine paint

same for the Golf. I think its because their short wheel base and RWD cars struggle when the wheel base is short

Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
I found them to be the most challenging cars to drive but if you get a lap together on the shorter tracks they don't have shift.

That was my impression as well, but... it has been proven by others to be very capable on the tighter of twisty bits.
Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
I tested a couple of cars and got 1:03.1s in both on Silverstone National. They felt like junk, so I'm sure other cars will do 1:02s no problem.

Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
I got a 1:03.0-1:03.3 in every car when testing with stock tunes. Hopefully doesn't change much with race tunes on, success ballast will help out if not.

Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
I have a 1:02.7 in the 205, it's stressful, but it's getting better, the tune is nearly there. I could lap it better with a perfect lap, with the tune sorted I could lap it better consistently. I'm currently in the low 1:03 and high 1:02 with it most laps. If it was allowed a rear spoiler or even a wider tyre width it would help, with the engine in the back, short wheel base and rear wheel drive it's definitely a handful. I don't think it's a car to be driving in traffic to be honest, but we will see.

Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
I agree I would not want to be going side by side with someone round a corner if I or they were in the 205 lol

Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
I'm so close to a good tune with it, and it's a shame because I won't be using it, it's just become a personal challenge now. It would be the car to watch if you could get an early lead and try and have a lonely race lol.

Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
I'm at 1:02.688 in the 205. There's definitely more time in it aswell. It's on the edge but it's now driveable. I shared the tune of anyone wants a laugh, it's shared as 'tora silv'. When going into the corners balance the car with very partial throttle and don't make any sudden movements lol

Never mind him, he's American.
Re: Touring Car Masters UK Lap Times
Tried my TMUS Toyota at SlyStallone and got a 1:02.98. Not sure if there's more for me to find in that lap, but I am ok with it.

When posting a time can everyone specify if it was in the tuning lobby or in multiplayer as the physics are different.

The physics themselves aren't necessarily different, but the tires seem to set in a bit differently depending on the mode. For me, I always seem to go a bit quicker in Rivals or Multiplayer than I do in Test Drive, but I post my Test Drive times. The difference isn't enough to ask which mode you ran your times in, though.
