Description by Dark l matter: 1) a) exceeding track limits just for the hell of it, under yellow. 1) b) exceeding track limits under green to make an overtake. He had a run, outside was blocked with another car, so he just went off track. Driver he overtook was CarlsonsRaiders, who voiced his displeasure on party chat. 2) erratic driving, possibly intentional blocking, causing multiple wrecks. At the start of the clip, you can see he has the ability to drive smoothly, at least as smooth as possible for a controller. When BR Mr Michaels gets on his outside, he becomes highly erratic, with a noticeable steering move to the right, which should never happen on a high-banked oval. The driver he hit was wrecked, the second was able to continue and a further back driver spun into the infield.

Stewards Decision: FIA LMC ALFL0: -3 Position Penalty. The stewards agreed on a -3 penalty for the illegal overtaking made under the yellow line which is neither safe nor smart. Furthermore, we hope Alflo understands that he has been penalised a lot and that any further incidents may lead to immediate executive decisions.

Description by Dark l Matter: xGATOR383x exhibited a serious lack of car control for this race, resulting in multiple collisions. clip 1) Iceman got a slow re-start, Gator got outside. On the banked turn, Iceman was smooth while Gator was erratic, jerking the wheel to the left and taking out Iceman who lost 4 spots. clip 2) Gator was approaching two cars that were wrecking in front of him.  All he had to do was stay left to avoid it, but his jerky movements caused him to hit the apron, spin, and destroy one of the already-wrecking cars and himself. clip 3) As a prime example of his lack of car control, he just spins out on his own, with nobody around him   4) he's probably sensing his lack of car control, so pulls off the track to let a pack of cars go by.  Even in this simple act, he appears to have trouble driving in a straight line.   I don't have a clip of the end of the race, but with about 3 laps to go, I was in second place and was approaching him, so I gave him a verbal heads up. That was probably a mistake, because he must have panicked, hit the apron, got sideways and collected me with him, damaging me and ruining my race.  I don't think any of these events were intentional, I just think he doesn't exhibit enough car control to be in this series.

The blanket warnings were issued to the named drivers as the evidence is shown that warnings are necessary for the small amount of cutting given.

However, it is not a coincidence that these named drivers are 4 of the 5 that beat MLZ in the race. It doesn't take a genius to decipher that this is very politically motivated considering MLZ is in the IndyCar title race. Don't do this again, please. We're not stupid.

Description by xl IC3MaN412 lx: Flat out and I were side by side going into turn 5 with me to his left. I had inside position on him with my left side tires on the curb and Flat out continued to keep turning and left right into my car and spun me across his nose. He continued onwards and did not let me take my position back after causing a avoidable collision.

We agreed quickly on the punishment for the on track incident. That was clearly defined and dealt with. However after hearing enough witness accounts, we had to take action on the verbal argument. Iceman will also receive a minor penalty for his part against the decorum.
