Description by DJProfessorK72: Exceeding/abusing track limits. Going into Sebring Full's Turn 16, this driver has gone to the outside of the white lines in order to carry more speed through the turn, and to get a better run down the straight into the final turn.

This occurred on just about every lap. I took a few screenshots and replay clips to emphasize this. He received a warning from me during the race, but was combating and did not alter his line accordingly. After conferring with the other officials post-race, I feel this is necessary. No one else was taking that line; everyone swings out a bit going into T16, but keeps two tires on the racing surface.

Whether drivers in real life use that line is irrelevant - TORA standards must be followed for TORA races.

Stewards Decision: ROUND DISQUALIFICATION. GT3 ignored track limits and warnings by officials and tried justifying his actions. However GT3 is not the law and the rules are clearly defined and followed by all bar a tiny minority. We had no option but to disqualify GT3 for the entire meeting. This does not count as a drop round.

Stewards Decision: Springaahhh: -3 Position penalty. Causing an avoidable collision. The stewards deemed Springaahhh totally at fault for causing a collision however we did acknowledge that he did concede positions after the mistake was made and damage was done. A minor penalty is sufficient.

Stewards Decision: NIABLESE - ROUND DISQUALIFICATION. This took a longer time to investigate. Initially, it looked horrible, however the defence was given that the game might have glitched, which happens. However, this is NIABLESE's negligence for not calling it out. And causing multiple incidents did not satisfy the stewards that the whole thing was a glitch. We had no choice but to apply a full round disqualification and pray we never witness this again. In future, please mitigate all variables that could cause glitches, and communicate with your hosts and marshals.

SI-149 will be settled as No Action
SI-153 will be settled as Round DQ

Stewards Decision: PROD RedDoc: -3 Position Penalty. The stewards discussed a lot of factors in this one, however we we agreed in the end that RedDoc's involvement was the aggravating cause of the incident. RedDoc exceeded track limits as the two others battled, to make a 3-wide battle. However, RedDoc then turned into the others' vectors, resulting in the incident above. A minor penalty was agreed.

PLATANO RACING: -5 Position Penalty
P1P BIRCHY7: Warning, plus suspended -2 Position Penalty.

This took a long time to agree on the most appropriate penalty. We decided that PLATANO had many opportunities to avoid the incident, be it backing out or using the side of the track. PLATANO even turned left back into Birchy which was why a larger penalty was given.

However Birchy's blocking warranted action too. Slowly edging the other competitor and aggressively pushing them out is over the line and against the ethos of racing. We have nothing against being aggressive or assertive, but we have to call a line on what's dangerous. This crossed that, hence a warning.

The suspended penalty will be in force for the remainder of the series. If Birchy were to be involved in an incident that warrants action, he will face whatever is to come from that plus this outstanding -2 position penalty.
