Do I have to request permission to stream a TORA event?

I plan, if there are no rules against it, to stream the following:

Qualifying for 6 hours of Silverstone @8PM BST on Thursday 6th April
Stint 1 of 6 hours of Silverstone @6PM BST on Saturday 8th April

I am not of an official position to answer your question on behalf of TORA staff, but I am pretty sure anyone can stream without having to ask permission. I have seen large numbers of people stream big events like British GT last season, so I assume you don't need permission.
