Description by XUnknownHitmanX: Towards the end of the second lap, going into the last corner, on the same line I had taken for the first two races, as I braked and started turning in, I was hit pretty hard by Brian72 in the rear causing me to spin and hit another car. After regaining control, a moment later Hustling turned down into me in the straight, spinning me our for a second time. 3rd to 13th like that...

DRR Brian72nyli: -5 Position Penalty. Brian caused another large avoidable incident.
L Hustlin L: -3 Position Penalty. Hustlin had no reason to come across and initiate contact. Like with Brian, any further infractions will result in strong penalties.

Description by DJProfessorK72: Throughout the races of Round 2, JWNorman kept driving into the back of me (and presumably other drivers as well).

Race 3 Lap 2 shows him punting me through the corner and in trying to regain control, I slide off-track and he (and others) sail by. It's one thing to be aggressive, but this was beyond that.

I'm rather glad I didn't catch back up to him with no other cars around because I would have wrecked him (and thereby ruining the process). The red mist was in full effect.

Stewards Decision: jwnorman: -3 Position Penalty. The stewards agreed that Norman caused avoidable contact resulting in DJProfessor being hit off track and losing positions. A minor penalty was agreed.

However, we must also strongly stress that no matter what, it is imperative to keep cool even when particularly aggrieved and use the channels provided. Vigilante justice will always end one way, and insinuating it is poor form and does not help the case!

Description by XUnknownHitmanX: Going into the last turn, I was side by side with Spazz. I was on the outside and drifted a little wide. As I came back down into the turn, I anticipated bigshotshane to be coming up the inside, so I only came down about half the track. As I started to hold my line, bigshotshane tagged my left rear bumper, cause my loss of control.

Stewards Decision: Racing Incident. It was a tough decision but the stewards agreed that we cannot apportion culpability on Shane and with all things considered, game issues and lag accentuated the incident.

Description by xJohnGalt117x: I was Lobby Host for B Lobby. I was notified that the tune XUnknownHitmanX was running included Aero Modifications, which are banned by the series build rules. I confirmed on the replay that aero was included on the Mazda RX-3, which includes no rear aero by default.

Description by DVR trypassin: Race 2, lap 1, 2nd corner. jwnorman (white VW) gave me a bump and making me get sideways (purple Volvo), proceeds at 100% throttle and he even turns into me to make sure he hits me again even though there is nothing in front of him. telemetry says it all..... I spin out and he proceeds and even punts another driver on the same lap 4 turns later.
I understand this is a gray area and i wasn't gunna make a report but what upset me more is the little pettiness. when I messaged him after the race to give a heads up that ppl are not liking his driving style(multiple steward inquires halfway thru series), he blocked me. (I have screenshots of our convo) now I gotta worry about if I can get into any future TORA races that this guy is in.

Description by CBR GnS Racing: SI is for E1ite PandaPool he doesn't have a working computer. Upon the start of the race E1ite PandaPool was pressing forward and Fst Happy A was on his right. Fst Happy A bumped Panda's Right Rear behind the Rear Wheel causing Panda to turn sideways. Fst Happy A rather than using caution continues to accelerate causing Panda to then turn completely sideways into the grass and flipping. The only use of caution was at the point Panda started flipping then the Fst Happy lets off the accelerator. The Replay is saved and the name is ""TORA R5 3A"" the incedent starts aprox 3:05.000

Stewards Decision: Racing Incident.

We studied this closely, with other staff kindly getting more angles. Overall, we agreed that it was a only very minor bit of contact which although sadly resulted in a lot of destruction for PandaPool, we can't apportion blame on FST Happy. Drivers are reminded to be extra cautious with one another in close proximity, and to be aware of netcode and other Forza things that try to detract from our "as real as it gets" mantra.

We also noted other impertinent behaviour in this race. We don't want to suppress hard racing but don't flail limbs at one another otherwise you will be in the naughty corner. Thanks
