British GT eSports Championship 2019 - Meeting 4 - Nürburgring

Welcome to the 4^th meeting of the 2019 Season of the British GT eSport Championship! For this round we head to one of the most infamous racing circuits in the world: the Nürburgring.  The "Green Hell", as Jackie Stewart so called it, has been thrilling and terrifying drivers in equal measure since 1927 and any event here remains one of the greatest spectacles and challenges in the Motorsport world.  We will be using the GP layout of the circuit, which was opened in 1984.  During it's opening ceremony, there was a race of lightly-modified Mercedes saloon cars, which featured a host of F1 drivers and was won by someone named Ayrton Senna.  The Nürburgring GP circuit's combination of hairpins and high speed corners makes it a good replacement for the Donington Park Circuit.  


Qualifying - Qualifying for BGT will be a timed session lasting 15 minutes.  Once 15 minutes has expired, racers will finish the lap that they are currently on before stopping on the back straight.  The pits will be open the entire 15 minutes for pit stops. Drivers that fail to complete a clean lap time will have their fastest dirty lap time will be recorded and placed lower than the slowest clean lap times. Remember that drivers should be/appear online 15 minutes prior to qualifying start, and should keep in-party chat to a minimal.
 
Race - Both races will consist of 15 racing laps (1 out lap + 15 racing laps + 1 extra for results collection) for a total of 17 laps. Drivers are expected to be familiar with the rules and regulations come race time. 

Pit Stops - There is 1 mandatory pit stop during the race. The pit lane will be opened after the second racing lap and will be closed two laps prior to the finish.

Starting Procedure - The race will start with a typical 80 mph 2x2 Rolling Start towards the end of the warm-up lap. Remember that each row of 2 cars are not to accelerate to race pace until THEY pass the Start/Finish line.

Forza... anything else will mess the entire race up. Using anything but the Forza finish line will cause massive confusion between lobby hosts.

I know I definitely don't want to be messing around with the lines.

But there is no visible Forza start/finish line on the tarmac, if I remember correctly

The starting lights stick out of the pit wall very prominently over where the forza timing line is, and is probably easier to see than a line.
Less accurate true, but I'm assuming that's where we'll be going from.

We might as well use the real Start/Finish line then as we can’t see the Forza one.

Where can we find game and party hosts for today’s races and qualifying. It’s about 45 minutes to qualify time?

it be the live timing screen. atm theres nothing there. but give it 10-15 mins and we get you in

So where's the quali lobby lineup it's 3 minutes till race start.
