Le Mans Drivers of the Day!
The single largest event in TORA's history has concluded! We survived the 24 Hours of Le Mans. We had some new volunteers step up to the plate, some seasoned veterans help guide through the night, and a very competitive race!
So let's hear about all the positives from the past weekend!
There will be a separate post for event-specific feedback including but not limited to stint procedure, track limits, and streaming. Keep your eyes peeled for that soon!
Did a driver among your team exceed your expectations?
Did somebody step in last minute and deliver the goods for you?
Did somebody manage to recover from a setback?
Did another team impress you?
Somebody in your lobby do something that earned your praise?

Re: Le Mans Drivers of the Day!
1. Beck stepping in last minute was pretty clutch. He was off his usual pace but for spending less than 2 hrs in the car the day before the race, being within a couple miles of the lead in a stint is impressive.
2. See #1
3. Dark and I ruined the car in the same place in different stints, which wasn't great. The twinkies at Tertre Rouge are evil. Lost 3+ miles each time but, we survived. I also had to drive hard in the opening stint after Butler's Aussie lag sent me to Narnia before Tertre Rouge.
4. Scottsin, Harmonic, and Europa are all vets of the Proto enduro scene but they were on another planet. Special shoutout to Callum with the fastest drives of the weekend, David for racing while rather sick, and Scott is just a legend at night. There was no stopping them. Glad they won even after a lagout, they deserved it.
5. Fun4us tailed me for a long time but couldn't quite seal the deal. For someone new to the scene, that's a good run! Always good to see new faces in the racing scene.

Did a driver among your team exceed your expectations?
- honestly all of them did. Quali laptimes are one thing, but actual race pace and how much distance you can cover is something entirely different. All of em covered good mileage bar one lagout
Did somebody step in last minute and deliver the goods for you?
- can't think of someone that did, no
Did somebody manage to recover from a setback?
- after our driver MB lagged out in stint 7, we all had to push hard to try and recover mileage. I know myself, Alphagen, Elbflorenz and Supra all ran our best stints with the most mileage after the lagout
Did another team impress you?
Honestly, both the SSR teams did. Never knew they were that quick, big props for doing so well.
Somebody in your lobby do something that earned your praise?
- Both LMP Dragon and LMP Maynard raced very well against me, keeping it clean despite me hounding their rear bumpers for longer than I would've liked lol
