Description by DDM Driv3: Chicago cut the inside of T10 7 times in 14 laps using the tarmac access road on the inside of the corner that is outside of track limits to gain a speed advantage through the corner at on of the fastest parts of the circuit. This happens on laps 1,2,7,8,9,11,12.
Chicago also cuts T4 on lap 5 which is a deceptively difficult corner due to its extreme camber changes. Cutting it allows you to carry much more speed through it as it's also a sharp corner.
Chicago cuts T7 in a minor way on lap 6 but it allows a wider entry line into the fast essess section of the circuit. He also cuts turns 8 and 8a (essess) on lap 14 which allows a faster line through the section and speed/time gained over those who don't cut it.

Suspicion was sparked when the race finished with Chicago over 9 seconds ahead of 2nd place and without a clean lap at any point which means that all of his laps in the race involved him going outside of track limits.

Stewards Decision: Written Warning for exceeding track limits. All drivers are reminded that the track limits are painted lines on the track, or a kerb if present, and two tires must remain within these limits at all times. Further evidence of this sort of driving will result in penalties.

Description by HCR ChicaiN: Coming into turn one, LMP Chicago is on my left, rear quarter panel and he enters turn 1 as if I'm not even there, spinning me into the grass. I dropped from 8th to last. It's clear in the replay, the line he chooses would never fit my car between him and the grass.

Stewards Decision: -3 Championship Points Penalty for LMP Chicago for causing avoidable contact with HCR ChicaiN, resulting in a loss of position. You can't take a normal racing line with a car directly beside you.

Description by LMP Chicago: Ben missed his braking point into the first corner, therefore making contact with me and messing up my race.

Description by LMP Grizz: Sadly Xbox did a dumb and didn't capture the whole incident, but basically Bolts was spinning out after losing the car into 1 and I was trying to slow down to avoid him. Squirrel thought it would be a good idea to keep his foot in it and come up to my left rear as I was coming down to avoid Bolts. The contact caused me to lose the rear and slam the wall as I tried to collect my car, making drop from 7th to 11th.

Stewards Decision: No judgment due to a lack of evidence. The clip provided does not provide conclusive evidence regarding the situation described above.

Description by LMP Chicago: Mead door slams me and Grizz without a sim twitch abruptly to bring out a caution. With my steering input I was expecting Mead to give me more room on the inside with the car sliding up on exit but he didn’t.

Stewards Decision: Racing Incident. Chicago slid up off of T4 into Mead, which got Mead loose, collecting them both and Grizz in the process. It wasn't by any means malicious, just an unfortunate sequence of events.

With this, the results of the series are final.
