Incident/s you are involved in are under investigation by the stewards;
Steward Inquiry Reference Number: 160
Drivers Involved: NoDoubtFlatOut, FIA Jose Team, FIA ARROYUELO
Series: TASCAR
Round: Round 7 Daytona Tri Oval (Night)

Please give your response to this incident:
Stewards Decision: No action. The clip provided only showed the aftermath and we couldn't see anything that happened before to determine the chain of events and if blame is to be apportioned.

Re: TORA TASCAR Season 6 - Stewards Inquiry Results
Incident/s you are involved in are under investigation by the stewards;
Steward Inquiry Reference Number: 207
Drivers Involved: FIA LMC Alflo
Series: TASCAR
Round: 9
Race: Segments 1 and 2
Lobby: A
Lap: Segment A: Lap 17ish - Segment B: Lap 13ish
Evidence: Incident One: http://xboxclips.com/jgroves1996/953813e9-7a7d-4b70-a0f1-5d22c9bb7211
Incident Two: http://xboxclips.com/jgroves1996/c12d66e7-247b-45dd-a8ad-ae5256fa927a
Figure a: https://imgur.com/zuOrRen
Description by JGROVES1996: So in the run up to this event, I wanted to make drivers aware that cutting the pit-entry at Brands hatch by driving through the tyre wall would not be tolerated.
I posted in the race thread: ""Note: when pitting, please DO NOT drive through the tyre barriers at pit-entry. Any driver caught doing this will be punished. Please take the actual pit-entry line that you would use in real life.""
To re-enforce this, in our qualifying lobbies, I reiterated the pit-rules. Note, FIA LMC Alflo was in my qualifying session and I went to the extra effort of typing the rule in the Party Text Chat so that no one would be able to miss it or misunderstand... or so I thought.
So in the first of the two segments, FIA LMC Alflo makes no attempt to slow down for the pit-entry, smashes through the tyres and then into the pit-wall before entering the pits. Not cool. Drivers told me he had done so. He has disobeyed rules before so I don't know why I was even thinking of giving him the benefit of the doubt, but either way I messaged him in the break between segment one and two, advising him AGAIN not to do so. As you can see by the attached image 'figure a' - he replied saying that he was Sorry and that he ""did not know"".
Fast forward a few minutes into the second segment, as you can see - he did it again. This time I'm even angrier as he is just blatantly disregarding lobby host instruction = AGAIN.
I know we've had run in's with the FIA guys before - but quite frankly I'm sick and tired of having to deal with them week in week out. Personally, I would be looking at imposing a series ban on Alflo for this incident combined with the rest of the trouble he has caused with his driving standards and rule breaking earlier in the season, but I'll leave that up to you to decide.
Thank you.
Stewards Decision: FIA LMC Alflo: Round Disqualification. Alflo breached the tyre wall to gain significant advantage on pit entry twice, directly breaking the strict rules given and notified multiple times before and during the race. A Round Disqualification was given.
There was a counter claim but this was eventually dismissed as Forza replays reset damage and track usage when you skip forward. Moreover, the tyre wall was already knocked over by the original defendant.
The Series Coordinator will now confer with the rest of staff over any further action.
