1. Championships
1.1 Driver’s Championship
This will be a competition between every registered driver regardless of team affiliation. The points at the end of this series will be the final total after the inclusion of ONE dropped round.

1.2 Teams Championship
This will be a competition fought by a group of up to 4 competitors. The points at the end of this series will be the final total without a dropped round. In the event of more than 2 drivers being on a team, the points scored by the 2 highest finishers on said team will be recorded.

1.3 Privateer’s Championship
This will be a competition between competitors not registered to a team. The points at the end of this series will be the final total without a dropped round.

1.4 Dropped Rounds:
The dropped round will be the competitor’s lowest score. This includes rounds with scores of 0 points, but not rounds when the competitor received a penalty

2. Livery Rules
This series has defined livery rules that each Competitor must adhere to in order to participate. Failure to do so may suspend participation or result in a disqualification. Livery requirements are at the link below: LIVERY RULES

3. Car and Build Rules
This series has a defined build, or list of cars with defined builds that each Competitor must adhere to in order to participate. Failure to do so may suspend participation or result in a disqualification. Build requirements are at the link below: CAR LIST & BUILD RULES

4. Hosting and Marshals
4.1 A race may be split into multiple, numbered lobbies depending on the amount of registered drivers. Each lobbies will be hosted by chosen members of the Marshal Team or TORA Staff designated as the Lobby Host.
4.2 Members of the Marshal Team who have registered but are not designated as a Lobby Host may be expected to host in situations in which they are needed.
4.3 The host of each lobby will be expected to gather data, position Competitors and ensure that regulations are followed.
4.4 In-game lobby settings must be followed and are linked below: LOBBY SETTINGS

5. Qualifying
5.1 The fastest clean lap from a Competitor, as denoted by the timers in the game will be recorded for qualifying.
5.2 Qualifying sessions will consist of a 10 minute session. Once ten minutes has elapsed, drivers will be allowed to complete their current lap.
5.3 The Lobby Host will record the results.

6. Race Starts
6.1 The start of each race will be a rolling start.

7. Series Format
7.1 The grid for the race will be in qualifying order.

8. Safety Car
8.1 A safety car may only be called if three (3) or more cars are damaged in an incident.  For the oval rounds, this will be reduced to two (2) or more cars (with or without damage).
8.2 It is common at oval races for massive accidents to occur. It has also been known for these wrecks to carry on taking place after the caution call.  If you are wrecked after the caution call you are STILL not able to regain your previous position because you were involved in the wreck.  This does not extend to lag issues during the caution, if lag causes a collision which causes you to lose position DURING a caution period after the pack has regrouped, you may regain your position at the lobby host's discretion.
8.3 Only drivers that are involved in the accident, the lobby host, or a staff member are permitted to call for a caution.
8.4 Cautions cannot be called once the final lap of the race has been started by the race leader.
8.5 In the event of a caution being called too close to the end of the race for the race to get back to green, a 'Green-White-Checkered' finish will occur; as per the real NASCAR series.
8.5.1 In the event of a G-W-C, the drivers will complete the race distance under caution. After that, the lobby host will set up a 3 lap race. The race will be restarted in the order from when the caution was called. There will be one warm-up lap and two racing laps.
8.5.2 In the event that another caution is called before the final lap of a G-W-C attempt is started, another G-W-C will be attempted. There can be a maximum of three G-W-C attempts before the race will end officially.

9. Pit Stops
9.1 There will be 1 mandatory pit for each race.
9.2 Competitors are allowed to pit as needed for damage to their car in the case of an incident.
9.3 Competitors are forbidden from entering the pits on the final racing lap.

10. Championship Calendar
10.1 The championship calendar is at the following link: SERIES CALENDAR

11. Postponed Meetings
11.1 Sometimes a round/meeting may be postponed. TORA Staff and the Race Director will decide whether the meeting is cancelled or moved elsewhere on the calendar.

12. Allowed Assists
12.1 Drivers will be able to use whatever assists they want apart from the following: Assisted Braking, Assisted Steering, Stability Management, Traction Control, Friction Assist, and Collision Assist.
