Description by TORA STAFF SI: FTC Arty was sent evidence by FTC Sadie that the named driver Xnvymatt falsified his P1 class verification time. The screenshots show that the time submitted is the same to the thousandth as the time set by Xnvy on Le Mans without chicanes. This shows that the driver was not actually eligible to race. This is completely unacceptable.

Staff Decision: This incident went directly to staff for review. The resulting decision was as follows: Xnvy was disqualified from racing and the team entry was pulled from the race. Xnvy was also permanently banned from racing at TORA. Cheating/misrepresenting/falsifying data will not under any circumstances be tolerated here at TORA. For the record, there is no evidence or belief that his teammates were aware of his deception.

Description by TORA STAFF - on behalf of BigChungusCN: Entering the Porsche Curves, Nova (BCN) gets rear ended by Turismo, causing him to lose at least 3 spots and about 7 seconds of time.

Stewards Decision: PXM Turismo makes contact with BigChungus causing him to lose control and go off track, resulting in Chungus losing several positions. Turismo will be assessed a 7.5k penalty.
Drivers in the higher class need to be aware of the closing speeds and different braking distances between classes.

Description by Patchesriley: Driver spun at first chicane and reversed across the track, I avoided original spot of car but it was too late to change direction again, no call out in party chat.

Stewards Decision: AMS Dyl8an loses control of his car and ends up reversing back across the track, collecting Patches who could not avoid him, which resulted in damage to his car. It does not appear that an effort was made to get the car safely off the track and out of the way of oncoming traffic. Dyl8an will be assessed a 10k penalty.

Stewards Decision: LMP Grizz will be assessed a 7.5k penalty for failure to make the required number of pit stops within the stated window.

Just for clarification, nearly every one of our events have a required number of pit stops within a stated window, either laps or time. If the required stops are not made within the window, then you have not met that requirement, which is a penalty. Drivers can pit as many times as they want during any event for damage, tires, fuel, etc, but anything outside the window does not count towards the required stops. There is no such thing as a "late" stop.

Description by TORA STAFF: Coming out of the Porsche Curves, Noble CW gets all out of shape. He regains control, then takes a defensive line on the approach to the pit straight. FcT Sam has a full head of steam, and goes for a pass. Rather than moving to the open right of Noble, Sam makes an off-track pass on the left.

Stewards Decision: FcT Sam will be assessed a 10k penalty for an off track pass. It goes without saying that passes must be made on the racing surface, unless in avoidance of an incident on track.

Description by EnterStangman: Battling for lead of gt class, Scorpio yielded the corner, but ran into the back of me into turn 2. A combination of my line and the kerb forced me towards the middle of the track at the braking zone, however there was a car width either side of me to run into.

Stewards Decision: MRT Scorpio will be assessed a 2.5k penalty for contact. This penalty was mitigated by two factors, the contact was clearly not intentional, and by his own admission EnterStangman drifts back out into the middle of the track almost right in front of Scorpio.

Description by TORA STAFF: Flop cuts the pit entry, hits the left tire wall, then rips it into reverse and continues at speed to the pits, hits the wall again, cuts the pit again, then enters the pits.

Stewards Decision: There are numerous violations here, several pit lane violations, and a completely unsafe rejoin, even if it was pit lane. Had another competitor been trying to get into the pits as well it would have been a dangerous situation. DIRdotheflop will be assessed a 10k penalty. Driving standards are still in effect even in pit lane.

Description by Miiraki: I enter the pit lane and brake to slow for the chicane at the entrance, and get hit from behind by BR7ANT, pushing me out onto the curb. I correct my position, which prompts BR7ANT to move outside of the white lines in the pitlane on my right to try pass me, where they stay until the second ""chicane"" in the pit lane, where they then turn across and spin me into the wall. I was going to be a lap down to BR7ANT at this point, but I don't think that's an excuse.

Stewards Decision: BR7ANT will be assessed a 10k penalty for pit violation plus multiple contact with a competitor in pit lane. This was an abysmal display of poor driving standards and inexcusable.

Head Steward addition: BR7ANT is hereby put on notice that any further displays of this type of behavior will immediately be referred to staff for review which may result in a suspension of racing privileges.

Description by TORA STAFF: Crav is out of fuel. Rixon can be seen going backward along the pit entry not 10 feet from the live track not once, but twice to push Crav into the pits.

Stewards Decision: rixonn will receive a stint DQ for reversing on a live track.

Note from the stewards team: This was admittedly one of the most difficult penalties the team and myself have had to apply. The rule is hard and fast, and we had no choice but to decide as we did. We all tip our hats to rixonn however, for not only unselfishly losing time to help out a competitor in need, but doing so knowing that he was likely throwing his stint away. This is a great example of the community we all want TORA to be, and the level of sportsmanship we all should aspire to!

Stewards Decision: No further action. After reviewing the footage it was actually Unleash who initiated the contact. As there was no damage or loss of positions, no penalties are warranted.

Description by TORA STAFF: Through Tertre Rouge, Dragon takes an awful line, appearing to start massively cutting the circuit. This ends up saving him from terminal damage, as AMS Shagga has somehow ended up spun to the left. Shagga then reverses at some speed across the entire GT field, somehow avoiding being taken out in his dark blue P2 car.

Stewards Decision: AMS Shagga will be assessed a 2.5k penalty for an unsafe rejoin. Drivers must always be sure the track is clear before rejoining. He is lucky that no other drivers were impacted.

Description by Sls beanpole: 1st incident he rammed me off the track at the Porsche curves 2nd incident he came out the pits and turned straight the side of me at turn 2 followed by 2 deliberate contacts when I left more than enough room on the 2 corners after

Stewards Decision: Foto finish will be assessed a total penalty of 10k for the combined stated incidents. The first incident was clear avoidable contact with a loss of position resulting. The second incident was avoidable contact. It is not thought that either contact was deliberate, but more care certainly needs to be taken when racing in close proximity to others.
