In Section 2.0 of the rules it clearly states "This race will be made up of teams of a minimum of three and a maximum of five drivers"

The following cars only have 2 registered drivers: 1, 22, 33, 38, 84, 143, 531 in GT and 8, 19, 26, 60, 63, 83, 101 in TC.

Does that mean those 14 cars are DQ'd or taking a distance penalty?
