The Best TV Show in the World, EVERRRR! - Round One - The Pairings!

I'll be closing nominations either tomorrow night or wednesday night depending on interest. Anyone who has posted already but duplicated a show should edit their post to include a new show that hasn't already been picked.

why should we edit our picks? that just shows how popular the shows are. like for instance, almost everybody listed Family Guy. by that count, it should be at the top of the list, then at the bottom would be, Bleach, as i maybe the only one who named it as one of my favorites

yeah those are pretty much the only shows I watch, the ones I listed

You should edit it coz it doesnt matter how many people nominate a show it will only get one entry into round one. Round one is a face off where two shows in up against each other and you pick which one you want to go through. So it could be top gear vs family guy and band of brothers vs the inbetweeners and you'll have to pick which one goes through. So if you duplicate a show then ur wasting a choice basically so you could nominate another show in its place. Does that make sense? Its like i knockout round once nominations are over so the number of times a show gets picked makes no odds until round one.

Red Dwarf it is. Couldn't have made a better choice for our final show even if i picked it myself. Nominations are now officially CLOSED! The first round will begin tomorrow.

Yeah sorry mate been having some major work done on our house this week so thus far haven't had chance to pick the numbers. Hopefully later on tonight if not tomorrow.

Sorry its late guys but I've been having some serious work done on my house over the last week so I've not had anywhere near as much time as I thought I would have. But here we are and here are the first set of pairings for the first round!

All you need to do is copy and paste the pairings below into a new post and delete the show you dont want from each pair to leave the one you do want so at the end you will have a list of 40 shows which will go through to the next round. At the end of this round (hopefully on Sunday) I will total up which shows have the most votes from each pairing and the winner of each pair will go through to round two where the same process will begin again until we are left with two shows for the final round.
