Re: F1 2010
Eddie Jordon is a legend simple, also Massa is back about time in my opinion. Oh Ferrari back to their old tricks.

Eddie may have a wierd dress sense, and holds the microphone like a karaoke-dad, but he says the right thing*
*ignoring the fact that he applied team orders at Spa 98 cough.

Re: F1 2010
Massa could have said no and just carried on. Maybe Ferrari should be deducted points in the constructors, or Domenicalli should be forced to resign. Something has to be done, that just ruins it for the fans.

Re: F1 2010
Bad result and poor show. F1 is still good but not when certain teams treat it and their drivers with such cynicism.

Re: F1 2010
I'll copy and paste my post from VVV forums because I'm not writing it again.
They are a joke to F1 and as far as i'm concerned, they really should be banned. Ferrari were destroying F1 with team orders in the past and they have done it again. It was team orders, only a complete idiot would disagree.
Reb Bull & McLaren both let there drivers race, which is exactly how it should be. Ferrari on the other hand are cheaters and i almost expect to see them implement team orders when its Ferrari 1st and 2nd.
Ferrari are completely out of order, did you know it was a year today since Massa's accident? And they strip him of a victory, typical Ferrari favouring another driver. Massa should see the light and get out of that so called 'Team'.
You know what, i wouldn't be surprised if Ferrari get away with this too. We all know how the FIA have favoured them all these years.
Right, iv'e never like Ferrari but i respect the individual drivers and Massa deserved to win and should of won. I feel sorry for him and his team of mechanics.
Can you tell I'm annoyed at the joke iv'e just wasted my time watching?

Re: F1 2010
Everyone says Red Bull have been doing the same thing in the last race, however wasn't that during qualifying? which if I'm not mistaken is not part of the race?
Team Orders before Sunday 2pm, and then outlawed for 2 hours.

Re: F1 2010
Red Bull may bring orders in on Quali, but not in the race, just look at Turkey, and Mclaren in Turkey, two guys fighting for the win in the same car should make it more exciting, not end up with clear favouritism.
Ferrari don't deserve the constructors points, but if they do get excluded, then Massa will lose out, and that would be a shame for him, he deserved that win after a well executed first corner.

Re: F1 2010
Ferrari, Alonso and indeed Massa should be punished for that, Ferrari for allowing team orders and the drivers for obeying them.

Re: F1 2010
If anything I said about the result of the German GP made people question my attitude in the forums, thats because I am genuinely upset, not only by the actual occurrence, not only by the way it was executed and not only by the lack of punishment given to the same team who do this time and time again, you cannot throw in times where its happened before "when it was allowed" and thus cancel out the condemnation of a team that have got out of this scot free, all that they will get penalized with is more fines, and its Ferrari, owned by FIAT, who still have enough money to buy their own country, the "fine" will have no effect and the result still stands. It makes me sick.
Also, it DID have an effect on the overall result, did nobody realize that Sebastien Vettel was chopping the gap down to Alonso, who should NOT have been allowed to pass Massa, and we would have seen a brilliant battle for third.
In the BBC F1 Forum which (unless you're clever) is only available in the UK, David Coultard was defending team orders ([sarcasm]wonder why[/sarcasm]) and saying F1 "Is a Team sport"...
...WHOAH THERE!!! What about all those things that Fangio, Senna and Schumacher won in the past, oh what were they called again???....oh that's right, DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIPS!!! Do you know what one of them is Mr Coulthard?!?!...............................................Thought not.
Rant over, for now, It will probably errupt once again when Ferrari and more importantly Fernando Veruca Salt Alonso gets what he wants.

Re: F1 2010
That is not real, simply because of the lack of run-off area available for that last corner...

Re: F1 2010
Here's a nice quote that I read on a different forum
"It's a shame, not for us because this is racing, but for all the fans who came here to watch a manipulated race," Fernando Alonso, Valencia, 2010.
I overall don't like Ferrari but I prefer Massa over Alonso any day.
Now the shoe is on the other foot since Valencia.
I will refer to Top Gear Season 15 Episode 3 when Rubens Barrichelo is interviewed and questioned on Austria '02 and he said that he said no to his crew when they told him to give Schumacher the win when Barrichelo was leading but he stopped anyway. This then put the rule into the FIA that team orders are banned.
I think that the proper way to deal with this is take away Alonso's points, the fine that was already given to Ferrari, and taking away any constructor points that Ferrari got that race.
Some possibility of DQing only Alonso would, tbh, be wrong. As for as I know, he didn't ask the crew to give him the win nor did he tell Massa to slow for him.
Schumacher agrees with Ferrari's orders. I think he just wants a spot back on Ferrari because he thinks the car is holding him back (Nico Rosberg is proving that wrong).

Re: F1 2010
Very impressive...poor form from the guy in the red car, should have given the place back.
I hate looking at rFactor though as pricing up that long overdue PC upgrade usually follows.

Re: F1 2010
Hehe, problem was it was Hahnel's home race, he didn't want to give the place back. The team is German so there wouldn't have been an enquiry, but Huis had a right to be angry. (I've been following it since late last year, just not fast enough to compete )

Wait, is that real? 23 real people playing rFactor and they have live broadcasts and race reviews like that?
Re: F1 2010
Yup, and whoever wins gets to test an AutoGP car, this is proper hardcore sim racing
