Which member of TORA doesn't have the ability?

just to let you know not everyone listens to the podcasts i dont, and its a reccomended build when it should of been one build for everyone

If you skip the ability part there's still the don't have time part. I'd listen to them if i had the time but i just don't. I know it doesn't really affect me in this instance since my car is being built for me but im sure there are other people who don't have the time who it does affect.

You can start signing up for the next meeting as soon as the last one has finished.

The calendar shows the location of the next race, Road Atlanta, but not the layout. The same for other races, so which tracks are we using?

yes it will be the full track of each track unless it says in the calendar

Go into ''results and standings'' on any of the series pages and it shows you the track layouts.
