TRC - Round 4 - Rally Kaido - Discussion Thread
I'm going all-out to retake the championship lead - Slider, I'm coming for you!
Re: TRC - Round 4 - Rally Kaido - Discussion Thread
If it were RallyCross/regular circuit, I'd be looking forward to it
Unfortunately, we have delayed roll-off, so it'll be close in times only.

The Rockstar Impreza is feeling good here, but this is going to be a difficult round i think, very easy to crash and make a right mess of the car.
It feels like its struggling on the uphill a bit though so thats something i need to look at. But its probably just in my head lol

Power on the way up, low weight on the way down. Then again, you want low weight all round, due to the sheer number of corners.
I'll have my work cut out to regain the championship lead - I've always preferred fast and sweeping to technical layouts.

So what do we do on the full lap? lol
Yeh its going to be a tough round for everybody i think, will also have to see how people cope with the pressure, Ive never lead a TORA championship or fought for top honours in one (best ive done in the past is 3rd in the Time Attack Club Class) and obviously as a new person neither have you.
The track is hard and i dont think that there will be a definitive all conquouring winner like in the last few rounds...
This should be interesting!
Re: TRC - Round 4 - Rally Kaido - Discussion Thread
I'd count third as part of 'top honours', as it's a podium position.
As for the full lap, use a quantum car: it's both light and heavy, and both powerful and weak, all at the same time Just make sure you look at it the right way

Well that went better than i thought, no bad accidents, nice clean solid runs which was what i planned.
a few lobby wins so only time will tell as to how i did but im hopeing for a good solid finish.
Jiggly was having a good run too in his Evo, i reckon it could be tight between me and him

Re: TRC - Round 4 - Rally Kaido - Discussion Thread
Congratulations lfcnicklfc Cant wait until the results come out to see how close it was
Re: TRC - Round 4 - Rally Kaido - Discussion Thread
Results are up now guys!
lfcnicklfc has become the first person to win overall in a TRC spec car just piping Sam Billing1991's Celica.
I came 5th which im pretty happy with, was a solid performance and what i predicted so cant be angry.
Stage C was my downfall which i thought it would be....
Oh well... Well done everyone was a great night
