No longer Gold...

My Gold membership ran out last night. As such if anyone has sent me any tunes or paints I wont be able to collect them until I get a new card.

I've had a gander and the cheapest I can find a 12-month one is around £29.20 off of Ebay. Anyone know of anywhere else to get one that's even cheaper?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry mate, I always pay full whack for mine direct from MS. I've always been wary of the ones through eBay etc as MS have been quick to crack down on dodgey codes in the past byhanding out bans and even, in the case of the first xbox, sending "stop codes" to the main box that basically stop your xbox ever working again!

I do it monthly because I never have £40 on me, but I always have a fiver at the end of each month.

I got my last one off of Ebay and only paid £30 for it and it was kosher. But that's not to say it wont be the next time it happens. I'll only buy if they send me the actual card though, I wont buy any of these email codes.

Luckily I have a one month card from my RRoD I can use in the meantime.
