Its the Daytona 500, the ''Superbowl of NASCAR'', NASCAR's opening race of the season. Love it or hate it, the 500 is a must watch, its a fantastic excuse to stay up late, eat crap and talk pit strategy... BOB!

Truck Race had two big ''wrecks'' last night, Jennifer Jo-Cobb decided to get angry at Kyle Busch and Mikey won the race, exactly 10 years after his 500 victory. NASCAR sure can pull these miracles out of nowhere can't they?

im going to make the tough decision. watch the 500 in HD, or race in the WinterGTC at Nurburg GP today and have the race on my computer (in non-HD)....

Should fill the time until Top Gear nicely. Would be good to gt into it again this year!

Interestingly enough, some of the leading cars pit crews actually have starting lineups and substitutes! (to put it in a Football kind of sense)

This idea was brought in by Knaus last year, and it has caught on quite a bit this year. The catch can has been banned, now theres a dump can, this means the catch can man has now been got rid of, and it was usually the catch can man who made the car adjustments. So now the tyre guys will be making any aero or suspension adjustments.
