P1 Spec Lola-Jaguar Testing at Mont Serrat.
As the season carries on, Aero Dynamics continues to work hard on this years racing program. With the European season just underway and round 2 at Mugello ready to run later today, Gen3ral ts0 and WWR Aero look to continue on their success at Nurburgring GP and extend their points lead in P2. The teams 3rd driver AudiSport Louis could not make the race nor next weekends race at Silverstone due to scheduling issue's out of Louis' control. So Louis has taken on duty of test driver for the American portion of the seasons project, a P1 spec Lola B09/86- Jaguar.

"The car is an absolute rocket!" sais Louis "we've done a few tests and have had a few issues and have done some things to the aero to make it better." And those changes are visible to the naked eye. On the rear engine cover they have placed luvers to let excess engine heat to escape from the engine bay. "We came accross some major heat issues in the engine compartment, in fact it was so mych heat the engine cover itself was starting to burn as we were going around the track, it was quite scary because if had gotten any worse than what it was we could have had our rear wing burn right off and end up with a terrible crash."
Also done to the car is an improvement on front end aero. Instead of making air flow over the car like most Lola chassis', Aero Dynamics has made the air flow through the car. Similar to what can be seen for the Audi R15. With large air inlets on the nose of the car, and the air exiting through the top of the sidepods this car is faster and more fuel efficient than expected. "Like I said before, the car is an absolute rocket!"
Seen here is the large air inlets on the front of the Lola chassis to allow air to flow through the car.
Here you can see the exit of both the air that enters the car (exiting through the top of the side pod) and the heat vents (side of the engine cover)
Watch team Aero Dynamics attempt to make it a double for the European season at Mugello later today at 8PM BST (3PM EST) as Gen3ral ts0 and WWR Aero look to take home a 1-2 finish at the famed Italian circuit.
